You start a fight after getting on the train, it crashes before even starting.

Solution
Many attribute this crash to Windows 2000. If that is your operating system you may care to try the multipatch fix (http://forums.qhimm.com/index.php?topic=4473.0), which contains a few fix's for Windows 2000 issues as well as other enhancements.
